On a Raq4 shutdown -r now performs a normal reboot cycle
The -h option causes it to shutdown and halt with display "TURN POWER
OFF NOW" on the LCD panel.
Don't do this unless you are on site, or have an arrangement with your
co-lo/ISP for manual intervention.
