[cobalt-users] Re: Any issue on a 550 with using "shutdown -r now", GUI continues to hang

I think that I'm being overly conservative by even asking this but ... anyone know of any issues
on a Raq 550 with using shutdown -r now instead of shutdown -h now as a means
of restarting the entire server in cases when the GUI reboot option fails? (and in lieu of powering
down and then having to physically power back up the box)

I'd assume shutdown -r would be unproblematic but ... heh, never hurts to ask.

Reason for needing it in the first place: I'm still running into a problem on one of our 550's when
after seemingly a day or two, certain GUI functions stop responding. The login screens, report
screens and most functions work but certain changes to sites, privileges for server admins, adding
to 2ndary DNS, etc. just time out.

Thanks,
- Chris
