Frontier didn't want me to try to implement this with a single IP address
and have now provided ...

You have been assigned the following static IP address: 65.73.31.82
You have been assigned the following LAN network (if applicable):
65.73.29.164/30

So now I need to ask...

1) If I enter 192.168.254.100 on the RAQ2 does this 'force' this
unregistered local IP rather than DHCP assigning one?

2) Can I have Frontier assign 65.73.29.164 to translate to 192.168.254.100
using NAT and effectively make the router transparent, and thus able to
access the RAQ2 using the public IP 65.73.29.164?

Thanks
