Who is your ISP? My guess is they're using a caching proxy server. Try
hitting Ctrl+reload or put a "?" at the end of the URL. If you put
index.asp on the URL instead of just www.example.com/ are you seeing the
correct file? Are you sure you're in /home/sites/site#/web/ and not
/home/sites/site#/web/users/username/web/
Also, check the settings of your browser. Since you're posting with
Outlook, I am guessing you're using IE.
Tools -> Internet Options -> Click the Delete Files under Temporary
Internet files.
