This is totally true, you cant expose in public the reason of why the site
is suspended, maybe it exceeds its bandwidth limit you can post just has
exceeded him bandwidth limit and that WILL MAKE you looks bad, in now days
people doesn't like to host in bandwidth limited hosting providers so it
isn?t a good exit also, it would be even better to just place a logo of your
company and hosted by notice and receive all the mails you do receive for
that reason than get sued for publishing, defamation information, or
something like that.

Would be even better if you create a TOS where you specify that you have the
power to suspend sites with no previous advice if they don't complain your
TOS-AUP (Terms of services or Acceptable Use policy).

Keep it in mind and get away the idea about the publication of the reason
why the client got suspended.
