One reason NOT to make a public announcement of a site being suspended is
that it exposes the business dealings of your customer to the public...and
in certain instances this disclosure can open you up to leagal action.
Like so many other laws that protect the lawbreaker, we can't always
announce to the world that Joe User is a common scum bag who breaks all
the rules and attempts to obtain the use of services without payment.
So, ya can't post he doesn't pay, or that he violates terms of the
contract....
