[cobalt-users] [Raq4] Multiple webmasters, access restrictions

My problem:

A virtual site user wants several webmasters to be able to manage different 
sections of the site without access rights to other parts or to other users' 
emails? Is this possible and has anybody configured such?

Would something like this be possible with Frontpage extensions? How are 
Frontpage subwebs accessed with the browser?
