[cobalt-users] Can't start Apache with SSL

When I try to start Apache it does not start and it does not give me
an error message on the command line. But in the error log It gives me this.
[error] mod_ssl: Init: Failed to load temporary 512 bit RSA private key

If I open up the httpd.conf file and comment out LoadModule ssl_module modules/libssl.so
I can then start Apache with no errors. of course the problem with this is I have no ssl.

What can I do to fix his problem and where can I look to see way it is not working.
