[cobalt-users] mail bounced

Hi to all

      one of our employee has an email address in our
cobalt raq4 and we are also
using the GTMail on our domain. Very recently two of
his emails are bounced. While
checking the /var/log/maillog i found the mesages for
the bounced are as follows:

3584 Feb 18 05:08:00 server sendmail[18759]:
h1ID7vJ18758: to=<name@xxxxxxxxxx
>, delay=00:00:03, xdelay=00:00:03, mailer=local,
pri=34903, dsn=5.0.0, s
at=Can't create output
  3585 Feb 18 05:08:00 server sendmail[18759]:

Can't create output

   4001 Feb 18 05:19:01 server sendmail[20084]:
h1IDIwJ20081: to=<name@xxxxxxxxxx
>, delay=00:00:03, xdelay=00:00:03, mailer=local,
pri=40572, dsn=5.0.0, s
tat=Can't create output
   4002 Feb 18 05:19:02 server sendmail[20084]:
h1IDIwJ20081: h1IDJ2J20084: DSN:
 Can't create output

Can anyone tell me? I checked the admin quota as well
as user quota it is 0. because
we are using one cron process where the main mail
inbox is initialising everymints,
sending the emails to respective user. So there is no
scopes for out
of disk quota.
