Hi All,
Recently I've been unable to install new packages on my Raq550 via the
GUI. No matter what package I try to install I get the following error:
"There was an error verifying the package file. It may be corrupted, or it
may not have the correct authentication information. The software package
was not installed."
This happens whether I try to install via BlueLinQ or upload the package
myself, and in addition, it is happening with multiple packages.
I tried to figure out how to install the package via the commandline.
I've done this:
./pkg_prepare.pl -i -f /home/packages/<PACKAGENAME>
This seems to work because I see the package disappear from where it was
originally. I assume it's been untarred somewhere.
Then I've tried running:
./pkg_install.pl
But it's prompting me for the package OID.
I'm at a loss as the what the next step is.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.
Brian
