Something I forgot to mention: You've just succeeded in blocking
traffic from a legitimate server. TerraWorld is an ISP with
moderate presence here (.ks.us, perhaps other areas), and it'd
be a good idea to leave things unblocked. Anyone else who tries
resolving kscl.org information will send DNS queries your way,
too; would they also get firewalled off?

This is a perfect example of why I tell people NOT to engage in
knee-jerk blocking. You gain nothing, and shoot yourself in the
foot. :-(

If you want to decrease your traffic load, add authoritative zone
info for kscl.org. It's not nice to do, but then neither is
pointing DNS at a random victim. You might also contact PIR (the
registry handling .org affairs) and see about being removed from
DNS for that domain.
