A bad rule? :)
Sorry, but without seeing some more specifics, it's hard to diagnose
exactly what the problem is. But you've got an errant rule in there
someplace that's the cause of the problem.
Do you have an explicit ACCEPT (near the top of the rule list) for the
Class C network in question? And does it specify the correct
interface?
