[cobalt-users] Group Web-based Mail List System

I've checked in the archives and on Google, and I think that I may have
already answered this question, but I'll  ask the group: 

Has anyone come across any software package that provides group web-based
community functionality like yahoo groups or the like? I see some mentions
of MailMan, but the only instructions on installing it have mentioned that
it breaks the GUI, and I'd rather not break the whole GUI for the one site
that really wants this functionalty. Besides, it doesn't do everything I
need, and it's a little obtuse for the crowd that will be using it.

They want the mailist, group calendaring, easy file uploading, picture
albums, web-based archives etc, that are extreeeeemly simple for people who
have _no_clue_ how to use computers.

I don't know if I could afford the time to build a site like this. If anyone
already knows of a template or something, please let me know.
