No, you don't have to _give_ admin rights. You have to be root
yourself to accomplish the steps that were listed.
In general, mixing FTP and Frontpage is a recipe for disaster. It
_can_ be done, if the FTP uploader is always perfect about CHOWNing
files to the correct owner, etc. Generally, though, they inevitably
forget once, and Frontpage being the piece of crap that it is breaks
horribly... (thank you, once again, BillG)
