Subject: [cobalt-users] XTR restore help needed
Hello All,
I have an urgent problem that I'm hoping someone can assist with.
One of our XTRs has had problems as a result I've decided to get the XTR
to its original configuration - it doesn't have any sites/email so losing
the data isn't a big deal.
Having downloaded the OS Restore iso image, I'm curious as to how we
actually restore the XTR to factory install.
Looking at the archives this was mentioned as a procedure for a RaQ 3i -
does this also apply to XTR?
Is there another way of doing it - more simpler?

Matthew,
The one good thing about Cobalt, is that they make it rather easy. Once
you boot up the XTR restore, you will SEE instructions on your screen. It
walks you step by step.
Just try it, and you yourself will be amazed at how easy it really is.
