I cant remember who sent out a message on the list about marketmenow.com being
down this morning.
It isnt anymore.
However, I have the sysadmin of Fidelity Access, the upstream bandwidth
provider, on the phone. He has his finger on the big red button and will blow
the account away if we can supply him with any info on how "hosting and
selling" spam software is illegal in Ohio as opposed to "using" it.
If I remember right, no one on the list mentioned getting spammed, just seeing
the site.
So please, I'm sure we all have 2 cents to put in, but does anyone have some
URLs to solid info that the sysadmin can use to justify the account deletion
to the customer (and make his life a little easier)?
:)
