That's how I feel as well.

I believe we've published (onlist) a simple how-to to install this in
the sendmail.cf file without having to recompile sendmail.cf.  Others
have published the recompile sendmail.cf route here as well, if I recall
correctly.

We do realize that this isn't always workable for an ISP or a hosting
company; sometimes we've got to give our clients individual control.

In which case we recommend and offer the Spam-Filter from SolarSpeed. 
Michael Stauber (SolarSpeed) sells it in Euros; we and lots of others
sell it in Dollars.  If you decide to buy it be sure to check pricing a
few places first, there are a few people selling it for a lot more than
the "official" price of $195 euros (us$210).
