Marcus,
Connect to the server (ssh/telnet) and do a "tail /var/log/httpd/error" and
see what the server says when you try to go to the web page that you are
getting the error on. Have you tried restarting httpd since changes were
made??? Have not seen this specific problem, so am "fishing" a bit, but the
error log should give us some idea of what is happening (or not happening as
the case may be)...
