That is a software used to scan the internets for open relay mail servers 
(smtp) and from its description it seems to integrate/assign any open relay 
smtp as your own smtp server.

the guy at 138.121.23.4 were simply testing his software.  The question how 
http://www.marketmenow.com are allowed to nake and sell such software..!!!
