However the Qube is not able to sort the mails to the right user inbox ie: emails are addressed to asif@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and I've configured the domain "bom.mydomain.com" on the Qube3. The Qube expects e-mails from asif@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and so fetchmail is unable to deliver the email of user asif to his inbox....

I'm not sure if I understand your setup correctly, but on the Qube interface, Email > advanced >, option "Receive Email addressed to Hosts/Domains" may need to be empty. We incorrectly entered our email domain in here and all email went to admin account. I gather (pls correct me anyone) that this is only used when your server is on the internet recieving email. Whereas your setup (certainly my setup) is that the Qube collect email via a single POP mailbox. Users then connect to the Qube to read their email.
Also, we found that some emails collected via this method do not always get to the correct user, in particluar emails using "envelope-to...." our local user when the local user is not listed in the other address fields (This only affects one user who recieves automatic acknowledgements of orders placed on a webserver. It gets sent to admin user (me!) and then i forward it manually).
Also we use the "Force Senders Domain" on the same page to set all users outgoing mail to @rootskitchens.co.uk, rather than the actual servers name on our local network
I hope this helps,Steve
