[cobalt-users] Archiving and Sorting mails on Qube 3

hi,
The company I work for is using internet e-mail facility from an ISP. All
emoloyees have e-mail space on this hosted server and connect via Outlook
Express/ MS Outlook to send receive mails using an ADSL connection . Email
addresses are like user@xxxxxxxxxxxx
We have now invested in a QUBE 3 with the Intention of having our own mail
server so that local mails are delivered locally by the QUBE's mail server
as well as to the outer world (via a relaying Mail ISP). The QUBE is in a
Private network . We also want the new e-mail address to reflect our City
and have changed the domain name in the QUBE mycity.mydomain.com and the
email address to user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx .
For the transition between the existing and new addresses, we have asked our
ISP to send a copy of all users mails to a multidrop POP3 ID to be
downloaded by the QUBE 3 till the time all clients are aware of the new
e-mail addresses.
These mails are then downloaded by the Qube's remote-retrieval facility.
However the Qube is not able to sort the mails to the right user inbox
ie: emails are addressed to asif@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and I've configured the
domain "bom.mydomain.com" on the Qube3. The Qube expects e-mails from
asif@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and so fetchmail is unable to deliver the email of
user
asif to his inbox.
It stores this email message into the admin's inbox giving following error
"X-Fetchmail-Warning: recipient address asif@xxxxxxxxxxxx didn't
matchany local name"
in the /var/spool/mail/admin file.
How can I make the Qube do the following:
1) Firstly make a copy of the admin's mail file for arhiving purpose
2) Have the downloaded mail delivered to users respective inbox rather
than Admin's inbox ?
I cannot change the sub-domain configuration on the Qube because I want
to have emails sent from our office to reflect their city (Bombay).
Please tell me how do I do this?

TIA,

 Asif
