There is no requirement that a PKG contain an RPM. Well, actually I believe
a PKG must contain an RPM, but it can be empty. The actual payload can be
files in any format installed by a script. So it's possible the packager
didn't install an RPM and it's possible the RPM has a non-obvious name. To
check if there is in fact an RPM, search for a file you believe would have
been installed by it then see if it's owned by an installed RPM by doing:

rpm -qf <path_to/file>

I would think php.ini might be a good candidate. To find the location of it
do either of these:

locate php.ini
whereis php.ini

If you make no progress contact the provider and ask for info. I'd be very
surprised if they don't provide you what you need.
