216.89.126.4 sent you an A RR for dns?.name-services.com for no
apparent reason.  i.e., no dns?.name-services.com RRs appeared in
the QD, AN, or AR (query data, answer, or authority) sections.

you received.  What you're seeing is harmless; it just eats a bit
of extra bandwidth.
