IIRC it won't work on a 10M connection, must be 100M. Also, a problem I've
encountered is that if there are multiple CD drives on the PC, all but the
drive with the OS restore CD loaded must be disabled. I can't recall if
I've done a restore on 2700WG so like Bruce mentioned there may be some
issues with your particular model. And like someone else mentioned, if you
use a NIC that's not on the recommended list it may not work. I use the
Linksys LNE100TX on the desktop I use for most restores.
