Re: [cobalt-users] Reoccuring Server Outage/Failure



I ran traceroutes from 4 different places on the net this last time ... all times, it's dieing at the affected server's local ethernet switch. This leads me to believe it's either the server, or the physical ethernet port, but at this point I can't eliminate the physical port yet.

When this outage happens you could try running a tracert for the ip address
of this and your other machines and see where the connection dies.
