Nope. Apache (on the Cobalts) writes to a single 'access' log, which
is parsed by split_logs, etc, for each virtual site.
The 250 site limit was a somewhat arbitrary choice, although based on
some actual testing of resource utilization (hardware capability),
unwieldiness of the UI with too many domains, etc.
