My understanding and recollection are that some people lose their
systems when they attempt a reflash.
We're not willing to attempt a reflash on this system if that can happen
on a regular basis, as we're not willing to turn a system into a
doorstop. Hence my request of a quote on replacing it... if that should
happen.
If that happens on a regular basis, and if we ended up selling the
package, we'd have to build in installing a new eprom, if necessary, as
part of the cost; Ensim says they won't support it, but they're willing
to let a reseller support it.
