I want to express my thanks to Bruce Timberlake for the help he provided me
this morning.

I awoke to the realization that our Raqs were not processing any mail.  I
emailed Bruce and he got right on the job.  Within an hour he had my Raq
(which he had never worked on before) back humming.  He discovered over 19
GB (yes thats gigabytes) worth of data that was being stored by a 3rd party
application.

I highly recommend Bruce for all your Raq (maybe Qube as well) needs,
routine and critical.  He is professional, knows the systems inside and out
and is his rates are very reasonable.
