Yup, done it 3-4 times now. First, delete all partitions and not create
any. Second, delete all partitions and create one huge FAT32 via format.
But somehow, after the first net boot, the raq just boot off the disk and
the original partitions are there again. Where the heck does it get the
info/layouts (when the two disks are fdisk/format/wiped).

Yup, done it 3-4 times now.

Done this too, and even re-format the entire drive via format into FAT32
as deleting all the partitions didn't do the job.

Cable is correct, jumper is correct, both drives are ok since I took the
primary out and used the secondary to install the 4i and boot up w/it.

Where the heck does the system get the layouts/info. to rebuild the disks
from the 4i installation??? I mean both drives are wiped-out, CMOS reset.
