/usr/local/sbin/split_logs
which is called from:
/etc/logrotate.d/proftpd (to split FTP logs)
/etc/logrotate.d/syslog (to split mail logs)
/etc/logrotate.d/apache (to split web logs)
The "master" log for each service is split before rotation.
I don't know how webalizer interacts with the Cobalt log rotate/split
process, though...
