Implementation (ignoring monthly costs) should be more on the order of
$10k-$30k for hardware, software and consulting (setup, configuration,
testing, documentation, training) depending on what's required (price could
go much higher depending on what's selected).  It will even be less if you
can outsource to a vendor that already has such systems in place.  I'm also
basing that partly on my assumption (based on earlier emails from Jerry)
that the client doesn't need 6 nines uptime, but instead needs high
reliability by way of always having a reachable mail server and if the
primary POP/IMAP server is unreachable the email exists on a secondary
POP/IMAP server.  There are some caveats, and 3 POP/IMAP servers may be
advisable, but it's certainly feasible.
