See your load average below. Either analog is taking a very long time to
run because the log files it's parsing are huge (likely logrotation problem
or very, very active sites with many files per page) or other processes are
hogging the CPU.

Investigate running processes and log file sizes. ps and /var/log/
(especially /var/log/httpd/) are a good place to start.
