I started this 10 minutes ago before the 2nd crash in <24hrs. I have
been doing updates. I had three the BlueLinQ kernel update for the RaQ
XTR, the pkgmaster OpenWebMail and MySQL updates.
The kernel update seemed ok. I ran it last night around 10. I didn't
really think about it but when I looked at the monitoring I noticed
that when I got in today the machine had only been running 7 hours. If
I had any brains I would have realized that meant it crashed in the
night.
OpenWebMail update went smoothly enough.
The MySQL update would just give an error message about
authentication. I was in the middle of putting back the old MySQL
when the whole thing came down, so I lost all the cut and pasted error
messages.
In any case does any one know why the new pkgmaster MySQL won't
install on a RaQ XTR?
Does any one know why the new kernel crashes a RaQ XTR?
