Are you ever getting Active Monitor alerts that the server is running
low on memory? Or any applications acting flaky? I think you're
ok...

FYI, my 512MB RaQ4 shows this:
[root /root]# uptime
10:53pm up 4 days, 52 min, 1 user, load average: 0.06, 0.01, 0.00
[root /root]# free -tm
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 504 433 71 46 155 198
- -/+ buffers/cache: 79 425
Swap: 128 0 128
Total: 633 433 200
Not quite as low "free" as yours, but I only have 6 vsites on my
server, and none are very high traffic, so my cache doesn't get
filled quickly at all...
