Only 100 in cache.. And 128 in swap

How much is cached? It's normal for Linux to keep more and more 
content in cache, reducing "free" memory to almost nothing. It's 
always faster to try and serve data from memory than retrieve it from 
the disk...

You see lots of free memory right after a reboot as nothing has been 
placed into the cache yet.
