That's easy... YaBB works great, it's free, has about a zillion skins and
upgrades ready to load into it, and you can customize it yourself. Takes
about 10-15 minutes to install, and even our "Ye Olde Raq2" runs it
acceptably fast. Several of our customers use it, and neither they nor we
have any complaints.
