[cobalt-users] Please help with my error log

I need to understand what is going on with these error messages in my
/etc/httpd/logs/error log file.  I have a a Raq550 and these messages
came about 4 am.

1)  I get a buch of these warns:
 [warn] child process 1322 did not exit, sending another SIGHUP

2) then I get this notice:
 [notice] SIGHUP received.  Attempting to restart

3) Then I get a bunch of these warns:
 [warn] NameVirtualHost 65.169.119.101:80 has no VirtualHosts


What is SIGHUP?
Is this a normal warn for Raq550?
