[cobalt-users] Maybe Not a Raq ??

I have a customer that is hosted on one of our Raq4r's and is having trouble
getting email to contacts in Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Tokyo).

They have been hosted on the Raq for some time and are frustrated that they
keep sending emails to these contacts and the contacts insist that they
never got the emails.

FYI - The emails aren't being bounced back either.

I'm suspecting that some where after they leave the Raq that they are being
filtered and deleted as Spam etc..

Any way my dilemma is that this customer is very vocal and I need to try and
come up with a way of tracking the progress of the emails to these problem
recipients so that I can provide them with a solid answer as to what is
going on and why the emails seem to be vanishing.

Any ideas or assistance from anyone on the list would be greatly
appreciated.

FYI - I've already suggested that they try a email tracking service like
http://www.postminder.biz or http://www.readnotify.com/ but so far they have
only gotten one confirmation of delivery out of 6+.
