Or you can fake it out by creating an empty file in /var/lib/cobalt
that matches whatever file the patch creates. That's the only way
the server "knows" what's been installed.
Don't have a RaQ3 myself, but perhaps someone who does can post the
filename the patch creates.
Then just go in and
touch /var/lib/cobalt/filename
