I would advise you to install the Cobalt package, as in the future new
Cobalt packages may list this package as a prerequisit. After the Cobalt
package has been installed you can either re-run the instructions (using
1.3.27 instead of 26 as on the site, also checking for updated versions
of other librarys used).
