Make sure that the "web server alias" in site settings field contains both
domain.com and host.domain.com entries.
In a nutshell, here's what's happening. RaQ is setup to respond to http
requests for host.domain.com but not for domain.com.....even though DNS might
be pointed correctly to your raq for both domain.com AND host.domain.com.
Since you are doing name based hosting...the IP address of your server
defaults to the first website you created when you setup your RaQ. HTTP
requests for any host whose DNS records point to your RaQ will default to the
main website if that host is not setup as a virtual site on your RaQ.
