[cobalt-users] Options not allowed here ??

Hello,

First of all the server is a: RAQ4

Today I moved a cobalt from an old datacenter to a new data center (
Changed IP blah blah blah ) Everything worked! But, when I went to add
new accounts Front Page decided to shoot itself. Basically, the
extensions will not install or work properly, but all of the old site
that moved with the box seem to work just fine.. It's only new accounts
that seem to be having a problem.

Anyway here is the error I get in the logs:

/home/sites/site3/web/_vti_bin/.htaccess: Options not allowed here

This comes in when I try to login with Front Page. Does anyone have any
ideas as to what this is?
