Hi,
I have a question about the Cobalt Raq4 HardDisks. I try yesterday to put a
Cobalt Raq4 restored HDD in my PC, to make a Norton Ghost backup. The drive
is correctly recognized in the bios, and then in the summary of the PC,
EVERY disk is maked as a 528Mb !?
Now, every disk that i put in my new P4 PC is recognized as a 528Mb. I
don't have any problem in the past like that. It's since i put the Cobalt
HDD in it.
I try to put a new bios upgrade, and it's always the same... In the Bios
HDD detection, the bios see my 40Gb, my 80Gb and my 120Gb (all IDE), but as
soon i start the PC, juste before Windows start (i know, it's a shame to
work with Windows....) in the PC summary i see only 528Mb HDD.
Is someone in the list who have see this kind of problem ?
P.S. : I try also a brand new IDE Raid controller. First boot is ok, but as
soon the cobalt disk is on it, i have the same problem...
Thanks
Best regards
Jean
