If you need to 'renumber' virtual sites, the places you need to change 
IPs on a RaQ 4 (or RaQ 3) are:

- - the PostgreSQL 'cobalt' database (in the 'vsites' table)
- - /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.
- - /etc/mail/aliases
- - /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth*
- - /etc/proftpd.conf
- - /etc/hosts

And of course change any network settings (pri/sec DNS for the server, 
etc) in the UI.

If the RaQ is providing DNS services, modify IPs in /etc/named/records 
and click "save changes" in the UI (forget the CGI to run as a 
command-line alterntive at the moment).
