(*sigh*) Or instead of dealing with the few commercial people on this
mailing list (who should be hawking their wares through private email,
IMHO),
you could always spend 20-minutes researching the archives of this list for
a
simple gotcha, and then 10-minutes installing it yourself from the source
tarball. Done, no muss, no fuss. And here's a surprise; if you run into any
trouble, there are a whole bunch of us who will cheerfully help you out of
it
WITHOUT charging you a nickel, and WIHTOUT trying to sell you our services.
THAT'S what this list is about, regardless of some people's misconceptions.

Charlie,
The problem is though, no one on this list likes to take the time to sit
down and search for anything. Way back when I got on this list, some people
only response was "search for it" or "did you search the archives" or "try
google".
In the nicest sense possible, people are either too lazy, are scared of
learning
something new, or just plain old to stupid. Point being, I know crap about
my
car, I take it to a mechanic. They charge. It is living in a Capitalist
Economy.
I have put a great how-to [total free of charge, no anything for anyone] on
this
list two weeks ago to build PHP from source. Since then, I have counted
about 10
people asking how to install PHP. So, if they do not want to take the time
to read,
why not charge them?
But, loading PHP takes about 20 minutes, SQL, like 2 minutes [from
pkgmaster.com].
And like Emerald says "BAMM" your up and working.
If they don't want to take the time to do it, someone needs to profit off of
it.
Just my two cents for today.
Thanks,
Brian
