Sorry, I thought it is elsewhere. So, do you have console access to it? If
so, then you can see where it is stopped, perhaps if you share what you see
(messages) with us maybe we can help you better.
You may also end up with a ruined hard drive due to the power surge, which
will not allow any service to start. In that case you will have to replace
the hard drive.
