What are your IPs?  And do they all have reverse DNS setup?  I'm not talking
PTR records in your Cobalt GUI's DNS section, unless you have been delegated
authority to manage reverse DNS for your IP addresses since they'd then have
no effect.  I'm talking actual reverse DNS.  I do not know that it's
related, but I've seen Microsoft block email on occasion when the sending
machine doesn't have reverse DNS setup.  If you post that info. we could
either conclude that it's a potential cause (and definitely should be fixed
in any case) or rule it out.
