[cobalt-users] Re: Problems fwd: RaQ3 user to his msn.com acct

Hi Andy and Everyone else -

Well, this is mostly likely a "for sure" issue now
with MSN/HOTMAIL ... After removing the forwarding for
my customer (from his POP3 account on our RaQ3 to his
MSN.COM email acct), and clearing the mail queue, I
went to bed hoping it was resolved. But, there are
tons of "deferred - connection reset" messages that
are backed up in the mailq now ... ALL of them with
various users at msn.com.

I think this issue will affect many on the list - is
there any "Fix" to this, other than mass-mailing all
customers and not allowing them to fwd: to msn
anymore?

That sucks - although, it's msn's fault, I guess -
their new "anti-spam" upgrade rejects all mail
forwarded from our server, even though our IP and
domain is NOT on the blacklists.

Thanks in advance,
Fred F. McKinnon
