sorry, i don't
next time, i'll make a log.
its not hard just a little time consuming

if you have previosly installed all the graphics libraries, it's much 
easier....  gd, jpeg, png

it's a straight forward install though, it will tell you what's missing, get 
it, and keep going ;-)
