Re: [cobalt-users] suspended website/email forwarding

When you 'suspend' a site, it still retains the mail forward account in,
/etc/mail/aliases. In order for you to get rid of this, you will need to
remove the forwarded email address, prior to suspending it or manually edit
the /etc/mail/aliases file and either comment it out or totally remove it;
or, you can always delete the site altogether.

Sincerely,
Tae Chong

Well....my original question was never answered, so
here we go again:
If a site is suspended and a user has their site email
set to forward to another address (i.e, a hotmail
account), the RaQ still forwards the incoming email -
and does not bounce it, as it does if forwarding is
*not* used.
My intention is not to *hold* email, just bounce it if
a site is suspended.....again, the RaQ does not bounce
the incoming email (if forwarding to an external email
address is set via the control panel).........why?
